Booking & Cancellation Policy

Pre-payment
A pre-payment may be required to secure your reservation. The amount will be communicated during the confirmation process.
Cancellation notice
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service do not qualify for a refund of the pre-payment.
No-show policy
If you do not appear at the agreed time and location, the pre-payment is non-refundable.
